June, your first ever speech was on your shoes. I like the speech because you were yourself even though you were a bit nervous as it was our 1st first. You were good enough to explain why you like certain shoes and the number of shoes that you have here in your apartment. You were bubbly and enjoying while you were giving your speech. Raj, i am guessing that you were really pressured by thina's speech that is why when it was your turn to give a speech you had difficulties to start with a smooth introduction. You were very nervous and scared that you wil do badly in your speech. As you started your speech, there were times when you were mumbling at yourself. Your arguments were good  but not good enough. In my opinion i think that you did have enough arguments on your topic besides relating it to the American Pie movie. But you managed to make your classmates laugh as usual. At times you went over board. Your example and explanations were to detailed. Its not good for certain topic like yours. Sorry if i said something wrong. Good luck for your next speech.

My speech is about Information Technology has more good then harm. Basically technology plays a big role nowadays as it is nearing to year 2020. Everything we have here is technology based. Example, computers, laptops, handphones, cars, xbox, wii, and many more. In my speech i spoke about the main five points which are entertainment, job opportunities, communication, e-bays and health. The reason for me to chose these five main points are because through my surveys i found out that many of them said technology is used for this five points that i have here. In conclusion, technology plays a positive role in the society.

Well first of all i would like to say that i was very nervous when i was called out to give a speech. My speech was titled Information Technology has more good then harm. As i went in front to give the speech my legs were shivering. But i just kept it to myself and started my speech. I have noticed that when i am nervous i tend to talk faster. The introduction of my speech went smoothly until i went to the 3rd point. After that i kept looking at my que cards as i was forgetting my points. But with he help of que cards i some how managed to finish my speech. After that i realize that i should have elaborated more on the points that i explained with more examples. But it was too late for that. Next time i will have to practice in front of the mirror before presenting to my class. I will do better next time with more examples and preparation, as the saying 'Practice makes perfect'.
