SORRY I FORGOT TO POST ON BLOG!
I saved it on my desktop!
I think that I have improved on decreasing my anxiety when speaking in a crowd, I find that I better with my Best Moment speech in the cafeteria compared to my persuasive speech in the Studio, because it seemed more formal and the pressure was on because we were being graded. I think that with the use of cue cards and practicing before I give my speech really helped, and the words I need to use in my speech don't float away anymore. I have learnt to be less tense and I have learnt how to use my hand gestures and eye contatcs better this time compared to last time as I always avoid looking into people's eyes. I find that anxiety is just a state of mind and it really is not that hard if we just learn to grasp that these bunch of people are no different than just one person.

2. 2. Do you mind your words and choose them carefully in order to avoid offending people?
3. 3. Have you ever verbally or through writing insulted someone? If yes, would you dare to say it in their face? Why?
4. 4. Did you know that one wrong sentence can land you in jail, or get judged and disrespected?
5. 5.Do you think there should be any restraints when it comes to freedom of speech?
Survey Discussion: Freedom of Speech: Bestie or Enemy
Freedom of speech has always been a thing everyone is fighting for, but it seems like people are forgetting that in countries where freedom of speech is allowed, it has been abused greatly to the point of death for some certain cases.
We should all learn to control the words we spew from our mouth because there will always be consequences to our actions or words whether good or bad, and whatever happens you should expect it coming. If you say something nice expect people thinking you're nice, and if you speak your mind without giving a thought about how it could hurt someone or tarnish your own reputation, it may be your right, but at the end of the day the person who really suffers is you.
It is our right to say anything but remember what you sow is what you reap. That is why when you speak back to your parents you get grounded, that is why when you speak back to your teacher you get detention, that is why when you speak back to your elder siblings you get hit and isolated, that is why you're alone when you insult your friends without giving a thought about placing your words carefully.
Words are powerful things that can beam you up high and also tear you down low. It is definitely a friend to those who use their brains. When used properly it can hoist you up so high and help you gain reputation so let it be your friend and use your right to freedom properly and think before you speak. They say "wise men speak because they have soething to say, fools speak because they have to say something".
