Comments about Kathir's speech

Kathir started very good at the start but he had problems in the middle of the speech. His confidence was good but when he forgot his speech he lost the confidence. He was not using any cue cards, it was a good thing but if he used the cue cards it would be better for him. His voice is loud and clear and he caught my attention. He recovered after a while and he finished it pretty well. Other than that he did quite well and he can do it better in the future.

Speech summary

The title of my speech is parents should stop blaming the media. I have come across many parents blaming the media for their children’s behavior and I think this should stop. Every time we talk about the media, whether it’s harmful or not on children, we must always examine the whole industry and all aspects of its effects on children. Parents are accepting too much positive thing from media till they forget their own duties as parents but when it comes to a negative thing from the media, that’s it. Parents will be just cursing the media nonstop.  In conclusion, parents should spend more time with their children, encouraging them into healthy and decent lifestyle rather than complaining about the media.  We as humans should start taking blames.
