Comments on Jason's act

I believes Jason can be a very good speaker just that he needs ALOT of confident for himself. I think that he can speak very well with friends but he lost it all whenever he is up there. He needs more preparation and confident. In addition, he lose his eye contacts to the audiences. He always has a smile on his face and in my opinion i think that is one of his advantages to keep the audiences' attention. He always rich with the information for his topic but he finding a hard time to be spontaneous at the time.
